The purpose of this page is to provide information and resources to assist  WWNZ Trading Partners determine which method they would like to use to trade electronically with WWNZ.


Trade Partners have two options, 'webforms' (Free online solution) and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) these are explained in more detail below.

Documents currently transacted through WWNZ eBusiness Gateway include:

  • Purchase Order
  • Purchase Order Change
  • Purchase Order Response
  • Invoice



‘webforms' is the default method of trading with WWNZ. New trade partners will be provided a Webforms account to receive purchase orders and send invoices. ‘Webforms’ is an exciting web based application which is FREE of CHARGE for all WWNZ Trade Partners. 'webforms' provides Trade Partners with an opportunity to trade electronically and enjoy similar benefits to those engaged in EDI with WWNZ.


In addition to the benefits associated with EDI, ‘webforms’ provides:

  • An alternative to the unreliable transmission of fax and email
  • Traceability of transactional documents
  • Increased security of key business information

Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)

EDI is an automated method of sending & receiving documents between WWNZ and its Trade Partners. EDI is exchanged via Value Added Network providers (VANs). There is usually a charge from the VANs for setting this service up.

The potential benefits of engaging in EDI with WWNZ include:
